Say goodbye to life before Diamond. You will be overworked.

My boss and many of the bosses at Diamond are overly aggressive and overbearing. Sadly, you have to do all you can to make them like you because your promotions and recommendations depend on your bosses opinion of you.

Advice to management

Train your managers to be better leaders. They treat subordinates unfairly and are confident that they can get away with it because they can.
