Good salary and benefits

The Bad

Frequent changes because of pressure by investors to grow and catch up with new generation banks

Company does not appreciate the efforts of staff and managers are disrespectful

Lots of politics and HR policies are not staff friendly

Some of "legacy issues" that still need to be tackled and there are a lot of people that want to continue to do things in the old way.

Advice to Management

Train managers to be more respectful and less political

Appreciate your staff
