It is a great place to learn and gain experience

The Bad

Poor salary and poor salary structure
Appraisal is almost ceremonial. Appraisal processes is rarely followed
Workers rarely get promoted
Workers don't get rewarded when they deliver project milestone
Training programme for workers are almost non-existent
No structure in the company
Staff welfare is almost non-existent: No form of allowance, field allowance etc for workers

Advice to management

There should be better salary structure put in place
Workers should be promoted as when due; including following appraisal processes
Training programmes should be organised for staff
The company should also be properly structured
Staff should be given field allowance when on field
Staff should be encouraged and properly rewarded upon delivery of project milestones.
